TROPICOOP

BELGIAN-STYLE BLONDE ALE WITH SPICES

Tropicoop, a collaboration between Brewery Ommegang and Gulf Stream Brewing Co., is an Orange & Honey Belgian-Style Blonde Ale that perfectly
blends Belgian tradition with a tropical twist. Brewed with Chouffe yeast, honey-conditioned, and accented with Belgian-style spicing, this beer
delivers a layered and vibrant flavor experience. Our Honey Conditioning process delivers a silky smoothness, while Nectaron, Lotus, and Citra hops bring forward a bright, citrus-forward profile. Notes of ginger, coriander, and orange peel complete Coop’s tropical journey, creating a beer that’s as refreshing as it is complex
